Thank you for your interest in referring your patient to Geanna Revell Nutrition! I provide client-centered care to folks 18 years and older.

I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments in WA state and can see patients in the following states:

Arizona, California (requires provider referral), Colorado, Michigan, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
